Hypnotherapy & NLP with Philippa Bottrill


My hypnotherapy combined with NLP sessions are always designed with you in mind and therefore I work with YOU, your subconscious and how your brain works. This allows you to get the best result from your sessions.

These sessions work on eliminating deeply held beliefs around weight. We work on changing old behaviours and habits into new ways of thinking and being that serves you better.

Can anyone be hypnotised?

Yes, anyone can be hypnotised, in fact, hypnosis is a natural process and we can go into hypnosis many times during a day, for example, daydreaming, just before we fall asleep and even when you have driven somewhere you often go and then cannot remember actually driving there.

There are different levels of trance, and some people are more suggestible than others, but everyone can go into hypnosis.

What does Trance feel like?

This often feels like deep relaxation, you are aware of everything, able to communicate with me, it's not frightening, in fact, most people describe it as a very pleasurable experience.

How will Coaching help me?

Coaching is an empowering, non-directive form of self-development. We will talk through your goals and set actions for you to keep to week by week. You will have weekly accountability to keep you on track and I'll be there to cheer you on every step of the way.

When do I take my sessions?

The sessions need to be taken over a 4 week period starting from your first payment.

My coaching sessions are designed to reinforce your sub-conscious changes through conscious action.

Together we will create a plan of action bespoke to you and your individual needs that fits seamlessly into your life. 

I will be your accountability partner, cheerleader and challenger, keeping you on track and focussed to reach your goals.
